Thursday 12th April - France - Langres
We drove south towards Dijon, planning to stop somewhere north of the city. We stopped off in the pretty little town of Langres. Its situated on top of a hill and is surrounded by thick, tall walls and towers. Im sure the history is fascinating, but we didnt linger long enough to investigate it. Instead, we found a little pavement cafe down a cobbled side street and drank cafe-au-lait or jus dorange along with a cake each.
(Of-course we also stopped in another little cobbled side street so that Naomi could have a potty-stop. The potty comes with us wherever we go!)
Outside Langres there is a great campsite called Lac de Liez where we camped for the night. It is a beautiful spot and the facilities are excellent.
